How to Apply for Health Insurance coverage through the Marketplace?

Consumers can submit an application in the following ways:


1. Use the website of a Qualified Health Provider issuer or web-broker who is approved to offer the Classic Direct Enrollment Pathway or the Enhanced Direct Enrollment Pathway.

2. Use HealthCare.gov to apply directly online.


3. Contact the Marketplace Call Center at 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325) to enroll by phone (available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except federal holidays).


4. Fill out and mail in a paper application.
